
Terms and Conditions
Article 1.
These terms and conditions outline the operational terms of “Butterfly Property Management” registered under the official business name “Argola”
Article 2.
A contract signed by all involved parties is necessary prior to start of any services. The property described in the contract needs to be insured prior to start of any services by an authorized insurance company, for the type of property use described in the contract. If the client doesn’t have an insurance policy, “Butterfly Property Management” can assist in obtaining adequate insurance.
Article 3.
There is no contract ending date. The cancellation notice is 30 days.
Article 4.
All payments for the services described in the contract should be made prior to start of any services. There are three payment schedules:
1. Annual (one time per year)
2. Bi-Annual (two times per year)
3. Quarterly (once every three months)
Article 5.
There is an 8 day payment grace period in which the client must make their payment. In case the payment is not received within those eight days, “Butterfly Property Management” will cease all services to the client, and is not responsible for the property in any way.
Article 6.
In case of any damages or conditions unforeseen at the time of the original contract (i.e. burglary, old plumbing pipe rupture etc.), “Butterfly Property Management” is required to promptly repair all damages up to 300 Euro and immediately inform the client with detailed description of work performed and copy of receipts for all materials/labor required to repair the damage. The client must reimburse “Butterfly Property Management” for all incurred expenses within 8 days. In case the damages exceed 300 Euro, “Butterfly Property Management” will get direction from the client about how to proceed with the issue. “Butterfly Property Management” will suggest the apparent solution and present appropriate cost estimates for the repairs. The client is required to deposit the amount agreed upon required to repair the damages presented by “Butterfly Property Management” prior to start of any work.
Article 7.
“Butterfly Property Management” is required to keep the client regularly informed about the property via email regardless of which packages or services the client is utilizing. “Butterfly Property Management” is required to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
Article 8.
“Butterfly Property Management” is not liable or responsible for any damage or lost items in case of theft or burglary.
