• Monthly report about the property, including photo and video material by e-mail
• Electric and water meter readings sent by email
• Additional property visits immediately following excessive rain, storms, earthquakes and other weather disasters
• Watering flowers and other house plants
• Property keys stored in a safe
“Gold“ package includes:
• The Silver Package above
• Collecting mail, paying bills and sending payment confirmations by email
• Dusting and cleaning all furniture and floors
• Running water from all fixturess to prevent scale buildup in the water heater and faucets
• Testing all appliances and equipment to ensure proper operation (propane gas, electricity and lighting, alarm system, etc.)
• Repair minor problems (up to 1 hour labor) and email all specific information about the work performed
“Platinum” package includes:
• The Gold Package above
• Visit to your property twice a month
• Upkeep of all landscaping, gardens & driveways, swimming pool etc.
• Detail cleaning of your property prior to your arrival
